FOREIGN CURRENCY EXCHANGE: 

• Once currency is purchased or sold, it can only be returned by conducting a new transaction at the current market rate. 

• Before leaving the counter, kindly ensure to count your money and request a receipt for your transaction. 

• Forex Calgary Money Transfer and its employees will not be held responsible for any subsequent claims or shortages. 

• Forex Calgary Money Transfer retains the authority to reclaim any excessive payments made to the customer as a result of errors or oversights 

MONEY TRANSFER AND SERVICE OFFERINGS:

• By signing the receipt, the customer affirms and acknowledges the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of all transaction details and assumes full responsibility for them. 

• If any party involved in the transaction deems it suspicious, they have the authority to block it. Both the sender and beneficiary will be held accountable for providing the required evidence and clarification in response to any inquiries, including the source of funds, to establish the legitimacy and legality of the information and funds involved. They are also responsible for any necessary follow-ups with the relevant authorities to facilitate payment or claim a refund. In such instances, Forex Calgary Money Transfer will not assume any responsibility. 

• In order to finalize any remittance transaction, it is essential to furnish an original and valid form of identification, such as a Canadian ID or Passport, along with a valid visa. 

• Customers must adhere to local, federal, and international laws, as well as comply with FINTRAC regulations, when conducting any form of remittance. 

• Forex Calgary Money Transfer will uphold the confidentiality of customer's sensitive information and will not disclose it to any third party, except when mandated by applicable laws or regulations, both within and outside the region. 

• Forex Calgary Money Transfer is committed to safeguarding consumer data and ensuring the confidentiality of information stored by itself or any third party. Data will only be disclosed for the purpose of approving, facilitating, administering, and processing applications/transactions, or in response to inquiries from relevant law enforcement authorities within and outside the country. 

• Forex Calgary Money Transfer and its agents are indemnified and absolved of any claims, including but not limited to delays, delivery failures, errors, and losses arising from incorrect information on the transaction receipt, as well as force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond our control. 

• Unless a claim is received within 3 months for cash payout or 6 months for bank transfer from the date of the remittance, transfers/remittances are regarded as completed and delivered. 

• The customer will be subject to our standard fees and required to settle any applicable rate differences for any requested amendments or re-issuance of the remittance transaction, regardless of the reason. 

• Forex Calgary Money Transfer retains the authority to reclaim any amount paid as a result of errors or oversight. 

• In the event of cancellation or non-payment of drafts, transfers, or any other remittance transaction, refunds will be issued to the sender. 

• Forex Calgary Money Transfer maintains the right to utilize the services of intermediary banks and financial institutions, located in any country of its discretion, for facilitating the transfer. Correspondent and/or intermediary charges may apply in certain countries and will be deducted at the receiving end. 

• Any complaints related to a transaction must be reported within a maximum period of three (3) days from the date of the transaction. 

• Forex Calgary Money Transfer will make every possible effort to address and resolve any issues pertaining to services provided by a third party by collaborating with the respective service provider. 

• The company assumes no liability as an agent for any associated services. The third party is solely responsible for fulfilling its services in accordance with its own terms and conditions.
